Our Respond to the Challenge Program (Challenge Program) and tools are designed to make sure the tools meet the need & meets you where you are in a challenge. You define the size of the challenge and identify whether you are working with a blank slate or a black box. Our program provides an opportunity for you to get oriented, build language, and take action in a style that fits you best. There are four main focus areas we address in a challenge and some of them may happen at the same time.
The four main focus areas:
- Investigation & Orientation [Idea & Iteration]
- Navigation & Implementation [Action]
- Stabilize/Support, & Sunset [Resources & Ending]
- Debrief & Restorative [Reflection & Recalibration]
The upfront work is designed to position the user in a proactive state to address issues that arises. We provide framework for you to collect information, identify impact zone, and recognize next steps. This comes in the form of surveys, survey result recommendations, articles, community posts, and support from our team.
The program has a natural split between Investigation & Orientation and Navigation & Implementation. This is a common delineation when facing a challenge; it might be information you are after not action to overcome challenge. They are built to be used together and separately, one small tool added to your process might be all you need.
Our tools are built to support multiple perspectives to improve personal insights needed to move forward and improve decision making, reduce decision fatigue, and skill growth that can be applied to personal, professional, or role-based challenges you are navigating.
