This program build started in October 2023 and the 2025 version completed October 2025. The plan is to refresh the materials annually with improvements from customers. We also have some tools incorporate in 2026 that are still in research and development. They are built from years of experience of building programs in the corporate world to assist with change management needs. These tools support people challenges instead of corporate ones. They address the human aspects of challenges that require management along with the process and resources that can be applied in multiple aspects of life.
As a former change manager at Costco and Amazon Web Services, I built programs to support some incredibly challenging projects with teams across the globe. Our tools meet you where you are at and aim to support you by navigating challenges confidently whether it's a daily decisions or Marquee moments. We recognize challenges also need a debrief and restorative phase for skill growth. These are addressed in our programs along with providing an opportunity for end-to-end track and view of details and big picture in our Challenge Captain's log.
Our tools work independently and together as packages. Each starts with an intake survey that has questions designed to build a clear front door for information to flow into your information management system (fancy way to say how you will organize and view/action the information moving forward). Skills learned while using our tools in your challenges are applicable in other aspects of your lives. The work you put into getting organized and proactively engaging in challenges reduces disruption and prepares you to engage in future challenges.
